3:After-sales Service
Please check the items carefully after you sign for the package. If you have any questions concerning the items, please contact us at whatsapp (+13078174821) within 72 hours.
Items are eligible for a Return/Exchange only within 72 hours from when the package is signed for , and any of the following conditions has to be met:
1. Item delivered is defective (damaged or color fading)
2. Wrong item is delivered
* Shipping charges are not refundable if a refund is not caused by the seller.
Items are NOT eligible for a Return/Refund/Exchange under any of the following conditions:
1. After 72 hours from when the package is signed for.
2. Customer’s personal reasons, such as ordering wrong term, size or color; no longer need or like the item; the items are not authentic, and so on.
3. Returned item is worn, used, altered or washed.
4. Item with normal creases or wrinkles of leather
5. Item with only slight color difference
6. Item with a size difference less than 1cm
